Feedback and Complaints

The Feedback and Complaints service provides a dedicated digital channel for citizens to communicate issues, concerns, suggestions, and feedback related to public services in Vashafaru Council. It enables the council administration to receive, categorize, and manage public input in a structured and transparent manner. Through this service, matters related to infrastructure, environment, public safety, and other civic issues can be formally reported to the appropriate authority, supporting timely action, improved service delivery, and stronger accountability between the public and the council administration.
