Reporting Complaints
This service can be used to report complaints related to food establishments.
Permit for Designated Smoking Area
This service can be used to obtain permit for a designated smoking area in food establishments in accordance with Tobacco Control Act (Law No. 15/2010) and Tobacco Free Public Places Regulation (R-41/2012). The permit will be valid for a period of one year.
Work Permit Medical
This service can be used to conduct confirmatory tests on suspected cases of diseases that should be reported as per the criteria of obtaining a work permit. Additionally, you will receive details about the disease and treatment options.
Migrant Health Assessment
This service can be used by authorised health facilities to report suspected positive cases of communicable diseases detected during the medical examination as part of the Migrant Health Assessment service for long-term visa applications.
Tobacco Vendor License
This service can be used to register and to obtain the mandatory License for wholesaling and retailing of tobacco products in the Maldives, in accordance with Law No. 15/2010 (Tobacco Control Act) and Regulation No. 2025/R-21 (General Regulations for Tobacco Control) The license is issued for a period of 5 (five) years. During the validity of the license, license holder may use this service to change/update existing information or cancellation of license.
Tobacco Product Registration
This service can be used to register Tobacco Product Registration in accordance with Law No. 15/2010 (Tobacco Control Act) and Regulation No. 2025/R-21 (General Regulations for Tobacco Control).
Tobacco Import License
This service can be used to register and to obtain the mandatory License for importing tobacco products to Maldives, in accordance with Law No. 15/2010 (Tobacco Control Act) and  Regulation No. 2025/R-21 (General Regulations for Tobacco Control) The license is issued for a period of 5 (five) years. During the validity of the license, license holder may use this service to change/update existing information or cancellation of license.
Tobacco Re-Export License
This service can be used to register and to obtain the mandatory License for re-exporting tobacco products from Maldives, in accordance with Law No. 15/2010 (Tobacco Control Act) and Regulation No. 2025/R-21 (General Regulations for Tobacco Control) The license is issued for a period of 5 (five) years. During the validity of the license, license holders may use this service to change/update existing information or cancellation of license.
